Return Process

- Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number: Our team will issue an RMA number, which must be included in your return shipment.
- Package Your Return: Securely package the item in its original packaging and include all accessories.
- Shipping the Return: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will refund the whole amount by the pickup driver
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different model or size, please indicate this during the return initiation process.
