Return Policy

Return Eligibility

    • Items must be in original packaging and include all accessories (cables, manuals, etc.).
    • Opened items are not eligible for return unless specified otherwise (such as for software or digital downloads).

Exclusions

  • Certain products are non-returnable, including:
    • Items that are damaged, missing accessories, or show signs of use.
    • Software, digital downloads, or open software packages.
    • Items purchased on sale or clearance (unless defective).

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer support team at return@diystoreiq.com or through our website within 2 days to begin the return process.
  2. Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number: Our team will issue an RMA number, which must be included in your return shipment.
  3. Package Your Return: Securely package the item in its original packaging and include all accessories.
  4. Shipping the Return: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will refund the whole amount by the pickup driver 
  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different model or size, please indicate this during the return initiation process.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your purchased item is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions on how to return it for a full refund or replacement.
